Three Ingredient Thursday- Peanut Butter Cookies
Cheap, easy and quick!
These are a tasty, crunchy peanut butter cookie.
I was told these were the original cookies the young girl scouts would learn to make. Not sure if that's true but this would be a great starter cookie for a child to learn.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix all together and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet by rounded tablespoonfuls. Press down with a fork in a crisscrossed pattern and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
Grab yourself a glass of milk enjoy!
